What we collect
When you call or send the quote form, we collect what you give us: name, phone number, delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount or crew size. If you book, we also collect billing details through our card processor and any site notes such as gate codes.
How the website form works
The quote form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms receives the form fields to forward them to us. We do not sell or rent your information.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Recordings are used only to improve service and to check order details.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics to see which pages help visitors, it will measure visits and button clicks, not personal details.
Retention and your choices
We keep rental records as long as needed for billing, taxes and warranty of service. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact details by emailing info@yonkersportapotty.com.
