How many porta potties do you need for a party?
A party of up to 50 guests lasting up to 5 hours needs 1 standard porta potty. A party of 100 needs 2, and a party of 150 needs 3. Add 1 unit per 100 guests when alcohol is served, and the same again when the party runs past 5 hours.

When is the porta potty delivered and picked up for a weekend party?
A weekend party porta potty is usually delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday. You pay for the event, not the extra days. This keeps our truck from arriving mid-party and gives you a working unit for setup day. Holiday weekends may deliver Thursday.
- Need it Saturday morning instead? Ask; it depends on that day's routes.
- The driver calls ahead. You don't need to be home if the spot is marked.
- Event units aren't serviced mid-party; they arrive clean and are pumped after pickup.
Where should the porta potty go at a backyard party?
Put the party porta potty on level ground at the edge of the yard, 20 to 50 feet from the food and seating, with the door facing away from the crowd. Keep it near the driveway so the truck can reach it. At night, a string light or lantern nearby helps guests find it.

Do you need a permit for an event porta potty?
A porta potty on private property for a private party usually needs no permit. Events in public parks, on closed streets or with paid entry often do, and the permit office may set the number of restrooms. In Yonkers, city park event applications are due 60 days ahead.

Questions renters ask
When should I book a porta potty for a graduation party?
Book a graduation party porta potty two to three weeks ahead. June weekends are the busiest of the year, and units for Saturdays fill first. If you call later, ask about a Friday drop; it is often still open.
Can I reserve two units and cancel one if fewer people RSVP?
You can reserve two and drop one. Cancel the extra unit at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund on that unit. Our rental terms list the cancellation windows.
What happens if it rains and we cancel the party?
Call us as soon as you decide. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery get a full refund. Inside 24 hours of delivery, the rental can't be refunded because the truck is already routed.
My party is only 4 hours. Can I pay less?
A short party costs the same as a full event rental, because delivery, pickup and cleaning are the same work. The upside is that the unit stays from Friday to Monday at no extra cost.
Do you deliver porta potties for July 4th?
We deliver for July 4th parties, but the holiday week books up early. Reserve by mid-June. Units for a July 4th weekend usually arrive on the Thursday or Friday before.
Can you deliver to a park for a birthday party?
We deliver to parks when the event has the park's approval. Many parks require a permit that lists restrooms. Send us the permit or the park office's contact, and we will match the delivery window to it.
