Can a same-day order be canceled?
A same-day order can't be refunded once the truck is dispatched, because the route has already changed. Cancel before dispatch and we refund it in line with our rental terms.
My event is tomorrow and my vendor backed out. Can you help?
Call us right away with the address and unit count. Next-day delivery is much easier than same-day, and we can usually fit a standard unit or two.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Our trucks don't run on Sunday. For a Sunday need, we deliver on Saturday or Friday. Call by Saturday morning for the best chance.
